New Addition: Brotherhood Room
Proposed Plans
This is a project both the active and past members of Theta Chi Alpha Iota are really excited about. With theses additions, we hope to improve the attractiveness of the house and the brotherhood as a whole.
This project will require the current brotherhood to raise $85,000, with the rest being covered by the Realty Corporation. We are offering engraved 4'x8' and 8'x8' bricks which will be visible on the walls for donors who pledge $300 or $500, respectively. We can guarantee any checks of $5,000 or over made out to the Theta Chi Education fund will be tax deductible; however donations under this amount may also be tax deductible.

Current Layout
As you can see, basically the top right corner of the house is the area relevent for this project.
There will be new bathrooms, a larger, more suited bike room, additional storage closets, and to cap it all off, a brand new brotherhood room. Brothers in the house will be able to play cards, watch sporting events, and just hang out in this room.
